On the 4th of April, 2010 The Ural State University of Railway Transport and Laurea University of Applied Sciences signed the cooperation agreement after the successful visit of I.V. Rachenkova, director of Railway Medicine College and director of USURT branch in Zlatoust V.V. Makhno to Finland.
